How Coastal Clinic Began

Coastal Clinic is part of Sprout Therapy Solutions LLC, a practice founded and run by therapists who understand what it means to work closely with families and schools. After more than 10 years working in school systems, we saw firsthand how much families needed therapy that felt approachable, flexible, and rooted in real relationships.

We started Coastal Clinic to bring that vision to life. As a women-owned practice, we are passionate about providing care that honors each child’s unique strengths and challenges. Today, our trusted network of pediatric therapists supports kids across the country, helping them find their voices and grow with confidence.
